COST: $280/pp paid to Bucks Community College Direct when registering on Campus Marketplace. This is per Pro-Board Certification.

Prerequisites: Age 18 and up, Interior Firefighter, or Bucks Basic Fire Academy, or Firefighter I Certification

Description: This course continues along the path to a complete basic firefighting education by introducing advanced concepts and techniques in such areas as ventilation, building construction, water supply, fire control, thermal imaging, engine and truck company techniques. The basic "whys and how" of fire ground tactical operations are introduced as well. This course prepares the candidate to test for Firefighter II certification.

LESTA is hosting the Bucks Advanced Fire Academy through Bucks County Community College. Please note Fire 2 is only open to Lehigh County First Responders. Out of County Responders are NOT permitted to register for these modules. Please see the below schedule as well as attached flyers for each module. Registration is REQUIRED through PA Train. Chief Officer Authorization Submissions must be submitted for each module & hazmat class.
