* Computer with audio/video capability and Internet Access (if available)
* USCG approved PFD
* Water rescue helmet
* Appropriate PPE (dry suit or ice rescue suit) and thermal layering

Course Description: Classroom and practical hands-on training includes: how to evaluate and respond to ice related emergencies, how to identify ice conditions, use of ice rescue equipment and ice rescue techniques (self, shore, boat, and direct contact)
