Over the past several months, we have received multiple requests from affiliated test sites to offer an additional round of Test Site Coordinator and Proctor training. These requests are primarily due to staff turnover and the addition of new personnel within organizations.

In response, we will be offering two training sessions. Participants are only required to attend one session to be eligible to serve as a Proctor or Assistant Test Site Coordinator.

As the Test Site Coordinator, you are responsible for recommending individuals to be added to your roster and supporting their participation in the training. Please provide the name, email address, and preferred session for each individual you wish to add as well as their assigned role (Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, Proctor).

Session Options:

  • Session 1: February 19, 2026 (10:00 – 12:00)
  • Session 2: February 26, 2026 (18:00 – 20:00)

Please ensure that the requested information is submitted for each participant so they can be properly registered. This can be done by emailing the information to me, and I will add them to the Teams Meeting invite, which is how these sessions will be handled.
