This Reception Center / Mass Care Center Exercise will be conducted by-annually in Lehigh County to support the Limerick Generating Station. This exercise is for the Limerick Generating Station evaluation. We will be evaluated by FEMA and will need assistance in filling volunteer positions. Dinner is provided. Please arrive by 1700 hours to check in and receive your assignment. A certificate of attendance will be issued via PA Train and Con-Ed is provided to all EMS Providers.

The Tactical Medical for First Responders program is designed to define a Medical Threat Assessment, to include a medical plan for a tactical operation. Students will learn how to apply techniques to control life threatening bleeding during Care under Fire in a (HOT ZONE). Additionally, they will perform techniques to treat life threatening and non-life threatening injuries during Tactical Field Care in a (WARM ZONE).

High Risk Vehicle Stops

This class presents various procedures that enable the patrol officer to recognize high risk vehicle stop situations and safely execute those stops in which the occupants pose an increased risk to public and officer safety.

Pennsylvania Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (PA-HART) will provide a highly specialized aerial search and rescue team and overall air asset for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the nation to respond to natural and manmade disasters as well as other incidents.
The Advanced School Resource Officer Course is a twenty-four (24) hour block of instruction designed for any law enforcement officer working in an educational environment. This course, following the SRO Triad model, advances the SRO’s knowledge and skills as a law enforcement officer, informal counselor, and educator.
This course is designed to provide firefighters with the knowledge and skill objectives to safely perform rescue techniques to remove trapped or lost firefighters during deteriorating suppression activities. This course is for firefighters who are members of a RIT, and tasked with extrication responsibilities during structure fires. Included in this course: RIT Team roles and responsibilities, evaluation of case studies, function during suppression activities, lifting and moving techniques, extrication support needs, team building skills, and size-up techniques and structure layout.
